| 9:30am – 12:30pm | Kid’s Club/Tweens/Teens Program Teens & Tweens Climbing Wall Experience & Horse Orientation |
| 11:00am | Adult Horse Orientation |
| 12:30pm | Lunch at the Dining Hall |
| 1:45pm | Wind River Family Olympics in the Arena |
| 2:30pm & 4:00 pm | Horse Rides depart from the barn |
| 2:30 pm & 4:00 pm | Bicycle Orientation at the Rec Hall |

| 5:45pm | Appetizers at Ranch House |

| 11:00am – 12:30pm | Guided Bicycle Trail Ride around Lake Estes* |
| 12:00pm | Golfers (9-Hole) eat lunch and leave for golfing (Tee Time: 1:28 pm) |
